Summary

I am a responsible and conscientious worker. As an Airbnb account agent within Ubase, support and consultation services for inquiries from hosts and guests at home and abroad. With 4 months of general inquiries and 10 months of trip support experience, it has been awarded excellent performance during the peak season.
Experience in carrying out travel-related CS work, providing support and assistance by doing our best to solve problems and various related inquiries of users in difficult situations. Based on the experience of living abroad (1997-1998, Edmonton, Canada) and travel experiences in many countries around the world, I was able to provide direct help with various problems encountered when traveling abroad.

Joined the help desk team at Hana Tour headquarters under the Korea Employment Information Service and worked on various travel-related reservation consultations and travel-related customer support.
With travel-related business experience, I support the reception and handling of complaints or inquiries received by customers while traveling abroad. I am doing my best in the service work of customer support so far.I think service work is a good fit for me because I have basic skills and experience in problem-solving ability to listen to customers' requests in various situations and help as much as possible.
While working on Airbnb user support and consultation related to travel experiences in 26 countries around the world, there were times when I was embarrassed and difficult.

Based on my love of travel and my kind personality, I worked as a travel agent-related consultant in the HanaTour Help Desk Team, and tried my best to help customers, thinking of various issues related to travel as if it were my own.

My strengths are my ability to listen and empathize, and I have a lot of patience. Based on many years of CS work experience, I will do my best in the given task and sincerely appreciate my position.
