Throughout my life, I've done hard work to experience many things either in technical and communication ways. My strength is adapting to new technologies and the technical environment. Already at the university, I learned new technologies like deep learning and AWS. I implemented my graduation paper using these technologies. Furthermore, through many team projects I learned how important communication skills are. Because I always hear someone else's opinion and make a decision that every member agrees with, I could successfully end the team contest and internship. Most importantly, my advantage to apply Datadog TSE is about 4 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer and Cloud Support Engineer. I always worked with remote technical support to resolve issues at customers' sites. I know how to communicate with the customer. I am also aware of how ticket flows like submission from customer, assigning ticket, and providing solution to customer, escalation issues to the higher level of engineering and severity level of ticket. With my abilities as I mentioned already, I assure that I can dedicate myself to make best services as a Technical Support Engineer at Datadog.
