Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:12 to 1:3 depending on severity

Respiratory support: Nasal Cannula, High Flow, CPAP, SIMV, and T-piece
Triage of patients entering ED and prioritization of care according to severity of condition
Preoperative care for kidney transplantation patients
Preoperative care for acute surgery patients
Care for patients with PICC, chest tube, hydrocath, A-line, Foley, and Hemocath insertions
Administration of medications via PO, IV, IM, IO, Nebulized, SC, SL
Transfusion: Packed RBC, FFP, PC
Participation as a member of Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT)
Triage of patients at department store fire scene using Color Tag system and START Method
Participation as a BLS instructor member for non-medical field individuals
Participation in family education
Proper medication dose calculation: Norepinephrine, Remifentanil, Pofol, Midazolam, etc
Teaching Foley catheter care and PO medication precautions for discharge patients
Invasive skills: IV insertion, urine catheter insertion
Involvement in cardiac arrest: CPR team leader, chest compression, delivery of emergency medications, recorder, suction, gastric tube insertion, blood lab
Assist skills: Hydrocath insertion, intubation, IO needle insertion, chest tube insertion, A-line insertion, CRRT priming/setting/starting, EVD insertion, CSF tapping, SB tube insertion, Hemocath insertion, cardioversion, defibrillation
Attending post-CPR hypothermia/ECMO patient care
Attending COVID-positive cardiac arrest patients and taking care of PUI independently: assisting intubation, assisting administration of surfactant, providing chest compression, starting IV and obtaining blood samples, monitoring patients, swabbing, and responding to emergency situations
Precepted student nurses and oriented new hires, providing guidance and mentorship when teaching on hospital policies, emergency procedures, and nursing best practices.
Assessed extent and nature of injury or illness to prioritize and establish medical procedures.
Monitored patients' conditions and reported changes in physical presentation, appearance, and behavior to discuss treatment with physicians.
