  • Validated new product through virtual dynamic simulation method for meeting GM’s manufacturing requirements for General Assembly load cases.

CNC Assembly line – A critical analysis & study towards optimization at ACE MICROMATIC Limited , Bangalore

In this project it intended to reduce the assembly lead time without affecting the quality of the output wherein, emphasis was laid on studying aspects like material handling, human resource management. Re - distribution of work and line balancing. This resulted in reduction of the time consumed in the assembly of the CNC machine in a workstation from 3 days to 2 days i.e., Reduction of 340 minutes. This Proposed change will be a huge bonus in the future perspective as it will result in better utilization of the available resources.

· A Part of Corporate Social Responsibility Team (CSR) activity, leading a Little Scientist program Responsible to manage and co-ordinate the volunteers and organize sessions to conduct Science Experiments in different schools.
