While managing employees as a manager at McDonald's, I learned how important it is to communicate with co-workers
When I worked without talking because I was busy and tired, my co-workers had a hard time and the quality of service provided to customers also decreased. However, even when it was busy and tired, when I worked by explaining what to do and encouraging my co-workers, we were able to provide a higher level of service to customers, and my employees and I were more satisfied with our work.
When I spoke to customers, I found out that there was a difference in the speed of business processing and customer satisfaction when I spoke politely even though I was busy compared to when I was unable to speak politely because I was busy.
For example, when i need to fry fresh french fries and serve them to a customer, rather than saying "Please wait 5 minutes," I can say slightly differently, "We'll fry new french fries for you, please wait 5 minutes," and the customer will be much more satisfied while waiting.
So i realized communication is very important when i work.
I know the importance of communication, and I believe this will help me serve customers and work with my colleagues at this company.
I worked on a schedule while working at McDonald's
While working at McDonald's, I worked various hours from morning to night.
This will help me adapt to the irregular working hours of a cabin crew.
I have visited 11 countries and have foreign friends.
My experience flying and my respect for other countries' cultures will also be helpful in working as a cabin crew member.
