• Served as TRADOC's Logistics lead for the first ever Battalion Command Assessment Program supporting 1,302 candidates and cadre while managing $35 million in property and while leading a team of 33 Soldiers.
• Directorate IT representative. Led the implementation of MS Teams, Sharepoint Transition and built new applications and databases for managing 334 test and evaluation missions in support of all new equipment in the Army Acquisition Process.

• Garrison Suicide Prevention Program Manager. Trained 311 supervisors and first responders in clinical suicide intervention and first aid. Provided 2 day and 5 day intensive block of instructions with culminating exercises. Led a a 300% reduction in suicides.
• Battalion Master Fitness Trainer and Sexual Assault Prevention Trainer
• Successfully managed a $30 million company budget supporting 765 Soldiers and 6 field training exercises
• Led a company responsible for maintenance activities in support of 321 vehicles and 3,200 Soldiers
