Overall managing team tasks to support field maintenance and operation team for stable operation.

1. Managing central repair and workshop related to assembly and disassembly sparepart and machining/fabrication works with capacity around 250-350 ton/month with total area 10.500 M²

2. Controlling auxiliary facility maintenance process (inspection, replacement, and repair work):

- Overhead crane capacity 5-400 Ton (wire rope, gear box, coupling, brake, wheel, safety device, etc)

- Dust cather/collector facility (filter bag, motor, ID fan, ducting pipe, damper, pulsing system, rotary line, etc)

3. Provide Mechanical Expertise:

- Diagnosis inspection: NDT (PT, MT, UT), Vibration, Surveying work

- Oil & Lubrication: oil & grease inspection (moisture, viscosity, acid number, fe content, etc)

- Servo valve inspection & hydraulic test bench

4. Provide engineering service work:

- Improvement, engineering calculation, and failure analysis work (software: inventor, solid work, midas gen, ansys)

- Drawing management (Auto Cad & ZWCad)

5. Special inspection:

- Endoscope with max temp 1600-1800ºC

- Handy scanning (3D)

- Thermal Imager, etc

6. Managing material and spare part inventory stock and tools

7. Managing spot work to local or foreign company related to mechanical work

Delivery traning (theory and practice) to mechanic to grow up their technical knowledge and troubleshooting analytics skill related to heavy equipment (engine, transmission, drive train, hydraulic/pnuematic system, etc)
