
Born in Versailles, France. Settled in South Korea in february 2012. F6 Visa Holder. Married to a South Korean wife, father of 3.
After 14 years spent working in the food and beverage industry in Seoul, running businesses and managing and working with teams made out of various nationalities or entirely of south korean members, I have accumulated a solid experience and I am now well accustomed with the local working environment.
Being able to take charge of all aspects of service operations, management, as well as recruiting and training staff. I have had experiences as working under south korean owners, foreign owners or being an owner myself. I have also built a solid network over the years. I am used to work under pressure and to serve the most prominent guests, including many local celebrities, foreign and local ceo's, as well as various countries ambassadors and dignitaries during my time working in cheongdam-dong and hannam-dong particularly.

Worked as a waiter first, at the Steakhouse, for a year to gain experience.
Took charge as Hall Manager of the Steakhouse from the following year.
Worked as a trainee for a year between Seoul and Jakarta.
In charge of international relations and participating in event operations.
In charge of all sports and events for the school.
Also in charge of all the international students life at the school.
Worked as Spa Receptionist, first as an intern for the winter season, then as an employee for the summer season.
