In my free time, I engage in a variety of hobbies that enrich my personal life and well-being. I am passionate about swimming, which I pursue for both fitness and relaxation. Hiking is another favorite activity, allowing me to explore nature, tackle challenging trails, and appreciate diverse landscapes. I am also an avid reader with a keen interest in educational literature, personal development, and fiction. Additionally, I find joy and therapeutic benefits in gardening, where I cultivate a variety of plants and enjoy the process of nurturing my garden.

In my role with the International Baccalaureate (IB), I serve as both a workshop leader and visiting team member. As a workshop leader, I design and deliver professional development sessions for educators, focusing on sharing best practices, fostering collaboration, and facilitating reflective discussions on effective teaching strategies. My workshops are aimed at deepening educators' understanding of IB frameworks and enhancing their instructional practices. Additionally, I travel to schools across the Asia-Pacific region to provide on-site support and guidance. During these visits, I conduct comprehensive evaluations of their existing programs, offer tailored recommendations, and help implement and refine IB principles to align with their specific educational contexts. My work ensures that schools successfully adopt and integrate IB methodologies, ultimately supporting their goal of delivering high-quality, student-centered education.
