· Oversee the Production and supervises production operation, labor and machine requirements based on work schedules, and assigns work accordingly to process coordinators.

· Monitors section’s performance through the daily shop floor to ensure that target output is achieved and quality complies with quality standards.

· Analyzes and report activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to weekly delivery activities.

· Present analyzed data related to labor hours, materials cost, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the production operation.

· Recommends and supervise further strategies according to agreed standards to guarantee meeting of performance targets (yield & rejection rates) and improve production process.

· Report relevant changes in quality standards (internally & externally initiated) and on performance against standards.

· Manage and control departmental expenditure to pursue cost savings.

· Facilitate review of ePPC transactions to ensure accurate recording of production data with regards to production order confirmation, quantity and time confirmation.

· Perform training needs analysis in accordance with Skills Management and multi-skilling of employees.

· Manages performance of Production Group Leaders.
