• Provided nursing care for complex surgical and post-operative patients in high-acuity ICU settings, including Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

• Coordinated as a hand hygiene monitoring staff member, contributing to approximately 15% improvement in hand hygiene compliance through regular auditing and staff engagement.
