Summary

Since 2016, when pulmonary rehabilitation for lung disease was first covered by medical insurance in Korea, pulmonary rehabilitation services have been led at the Busan Regional Respiratory Center. Currently serving as an academic committee member in the field of pulmonary rehabilitation at the Korean Academy of Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Numerous lectures have been delivered, and various research abstracts related to pulmonary rehabilitation have been presented at academic conferences, earning the Best Oral Presentation Award and the Excellent Oral Presentation Award.

Current interests in pulmonary rehabilitation include pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for lung cancer patients and tele-rehabilitation. Actively conducting various related research projects. With extensive experience in providing pulmonary rehabilitation for lung cancer patients, recognized as one of the most experienced physicians in this field in Korea.
