- During this period, I completed internship and residency training and became certified as an otolaryngologist. Additionally, I completed a master's degree in medical laser research at Dankook University Medical Laser Research Center (Beckman Laser Institution - Korea).
- Recently, interest in and importance of non-invasive treatment has been increasing. In the ENT field, treatment of rhinitis and tinnitus using laser is attracting attention due to limited treatment methods due to narrow space.
- In the application of medical devices in the ENT field, clinical experience, such as directly checking the ears and nose with an endoscope, plays an important role during the experiment and development process.
- All papers written during this period were papers using medical devices, such as laser, MRI and VFT(Vestibular Function Test)s. I have always been interested in clinical care as well as the use and principles of medical devices. I believe that not only the development of new medical devices, but also the use of information obtained from existing medical devices as new diagnostic standards is an important progression.

- The period I worked as a military doctor began in 2020, when the world was in chaos due to Covid-19. At the time, as an otolaryngology military doctor at the boot camp, I isolated and managed about 1,000 people who entered the camp every month to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. And the mission was completed without any major problems.
- I believe that this experience is an important experience that can be helpful in community medical care especially in similar pandemic situations in the future.
