- Analyzed the impact of hardware non-idealities in analog in-memory computing (AIMC) environments on the computational accuracy of large language models (LLMs) using IBM AIHWKit
- Conducted simulation-based experiments by injecting noise, device variability, and quantization errors into practical neural network models during analog computation
- Performed module-level sensitivity analysis of LLM components, including attention mechanisms and feed-forward networks (FFNs), to identify computation structures vulnerable to hardware-induced errors
