I am having my 5th years of HR careers in companies of various industries and sizes, including the U.S. logistics giant, the world's No. 1 mid-sized manufacturer of industrial displays, and Series B IT startups.
I think HR's role is to 'do everything possible' related to people and organizations to immerse employees in their work and make the company GWP. To make this values in reality, I work to become a full-stack HRer that does everything HRer can do without distinction between roles and areas of work, from HRM to D, from recruitment to termination.
