Summary

I have been conducting specialized research in the fields of pancreatic cancer and diabetes for an extended period, acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for the development of new drugs. In particular, I aim to contribute to the creation of anticancer drugs, drawing on my experience in identifying early diagnostic factors for pancreatic cancer. This type of cancer is notoriously difficult to diagnose in its early stages. Among the studies I conducted, the search for and discovery of specific biomarkers associated with ductal adenocarcinoma, a common form of pancreatic cancer, was a crucial task that enhanced the potential for early diagnosis. In this endeavor, I deepened my understanding of pancreatic cancer diagnostic research by leading efforts to identify biological markers, establish predictive models, and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical results. I am confident that the various experimental and data analysis techniques I have developed through my research will significantly aid in the advancement of anticancer drug development. Additionally, I have researched the protection of pancreatic beta cells through autophagy regulatory mechanisms and the suppression of diabetes, as well as the improvement of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease through SGLT2 inhibition. This work has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the survival mechanisms and signaling processes of pancreatic cells. Consequently, I have gained valuable insights necessary for studying cell-level efficacy and discovering targets for anticancer drugs. By joining a company focused on anticancer treatment development, I aspire to contribute to the advancement of innovative anticancer therapies based on my research experience and expertise so far.
