For my first year studying abroad in America, I was a foreign exchange student in Jacksonville, FL. I had experience taking care of an autistic child. After coming home from School, me and a German student took care of the child as well as 2 dogs until our host parents got home from work. It was an unpaid job as I was not allowed to make money as a student in the US.
