Served as Project Manager for a five-month LG Uplus lease accounting system implementation project.  The project was initiated based on lease accounting issues I identified and proactively proposed remediation measures for.  Managed two freelance developers and two junior Samil PwC staff, while coordinating weekly client reporting and CFO-level interim/final reporting.  Successfully led the project from engagement initiation through final reporting, managing stakeholders, timelines and deliverables throughout the engagement.
