I helped professors in neuroscience department of Paik memorial clinical medicine institution for 7months developing an in vitro model of depression using three-dimensional neural spheroids.

We established a three-dimensional (3D) spheroid model of Depression by injecting the dexamethasone (DEX) in the 3D neural cell model made by the cortex of embryo rat.

To explore the molecular pathways by which DEX alters neuroplasticity, we examined whether DEX regulates BDNF, sirtuin 1, and mTORC1 signaling in 3D neural spheroids.

On behalf of the students, I performed in the speech to elaborate on our research, explaining the process and the result of the experiment.
