Provide care for adult and pediatric patients in a 37-bed oncology unit, comprising 7 pediatric beds and 30 adult beds. Specialize in managing hematologic malignancies, including AML, ALL, MM, CLL, and anemia, across all stages from pre-transplant to post-transplant recovery.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with teams to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring effective communication and tailored treatment plans for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Advanced Treatments: Administer HSCT, CAR-T therapy, transfusions, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medications, adhering to protocols for safe and accurate delivery.
• Charge Nurse Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, patient assignments, and coordination with staff, physicians, and management to ensure high-quality care.
• Training and Orientation: Lead onboarding and training for nurses transitioning to oncology, ensuring smooth adaptation to unit protocols for both adult and pediatric care.
• Supportive Care: Provide infection control, pain management, and nutritional support, focusing on the needs of immunocompromised patients.
• Reverse Isolation: Ensure a sterile environment and infection prevention for immunocompromised patients, promoting optimal outcomes through meticulous care practices.
