•cardiovascular emergency: suspicious MI,stroke (differentiate and directly transfer to hospital), uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia

•respiratory emergency: pneumothorax, asthma, anaphylaxis, acute laryngopharyngitis

•neurologic emergency: syncope, seizure, dizziness •gastrointestinal emergency: cholecystitis, gallbladder stone, appendicitis, enteritis, food poisoning

•genitourinary emergency: pyelonephritis, cystitis, kidney/urinary stone ,UTI, dysuria

•psychosocial emergency: panic attack, anxiety disorder, self-cut laceration

•orthopedic/wound management emergency: numerous fracture, DM foot, burn dx.

- Practiced my duty as a occupational health manager according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of Korea.

• Pre/Post operative care: pre-operative history taking, consent form arrangement, pre/post C/M/S assessment, post-anesthesia care (BPB, spinal, general, epi-dural), pain management, splint/cast care, wound care, checking drainage(H/V, urine condition), and the other nursing skills that along the clinical pathway. • CASE for NS : vertebroplasty, microdisectomy, decompression op(BDPL,ULBD), fusion op(PLIF,OLIF), cervical op(ACDF), spine fracture. • CASE for OS: A/S, total knee replacement, total hip replacement, BPHA, HTO, OR/IF, CR/IF, D/R, shoulder RCR, Cruciate ligament injury, MM root repair.
