When I first joined of the French sports retail company, as a member of the CRM& marketing department, I was responsible for launching and promoting the e-commerce market. launched the brand in each Korea market, conducted sales management and customer survey through the headquarters system, and analyzed the SNS marketing and return exchange rate for about three years. Based on this work experience, The most necessary part of the business growth is well share data, well communicate, and focus on the improvement of the customer's feedback and expectations.
Since then, 6,000 new models I have been approved to France head team for a every year due to the change of localization manager's job, and the final approval of product information and the work of the headquarters system have been led so that korea team can be sold online/offline.
I was in charge of monthly analysis and sharing the report headquarters for future error models.
All work has been done in English and communication with Korean employees has been done in Korean. My strengths are responsibility, leadership, analysis, and smooth communication skills.
Achieved departmental goals by developing and executing strategic plans and performance metrics.
