1. General Accounting
- Supported all the documents and reports requested by internal and external -including financial statements.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly internal reports and ensure the financial statements in a timely manner and comply with the monthly reporting schedule.
- Supported to forecast of the accounting accrual amounts on closing.
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts as per GE guideline on monthly and quarterly basis.
2. Intercompany
1) Account Payable / Payment
- AP invoice reviewed and validated with operation team and transfer to system.
- Forecasted FX spot amount bought, and external vendor maintain (USD)
- Checked payment in Oracle and sent payment detail to intercompany co-workers.
- Managed Withholding tax with USD interest
2) Account Receivable
- Coordinated with Operation people for overdue collection and streamline the process to enhance overall efficiency.
- Circulation of intercompany receivable listed to Operation team bi-weekly.
- Confirm a collection amount with each entity before remittance and keep the timeline.
3) Closing
- Prepared weekly bank reconciliation and monthly cash closing for the financial report.
3. PP & E (Fixed Asset)
- Asset addition, depreciation, retirement, and disposal in Oracle (Monthly)
- Physical inventory of fixed assets (Yearly)
- Made an asset report for VAT declaration.
- Adjustment GAAP difference for PP&E and intangible assets
- Made detailed statement of PP&E and intangible assets for the corporate tax declaration.
4. Inventory (Cost Account)
1) Accounting
- Registration of inventory cost and Scrap
- Review of aged inventory and Report to Sales team/controller/CFO
- Quarterly Obsolescence Reserve Entry
- Annual FIFO Revaluation Entry
- Annual Global Physical Inventory
- Pre-closing, Mid year-closing and Year end closing
