• Excellent knowledge in Steel structures fabrication process, Mechanical, Piping fabrication & installation process and E&I installation, completion and delivery process to understand the sequence of workflow and to plan the activities sequence.
• Excellent knowledge in deriving S-Curve as per schedule dates.
• Excellent knowledge in developing Progress tracking & Measurement System and updating the physical progress of all trades (weekly progress) to monitor the actual and planned S-curve.
• Review & Finalize Weekly/Monthly Reports (Overall Project Progress) for every month in order to submit to Client.
• Excellent knowledge in deriving productivity of project for all relevant trades.
• Monitoring the planned and budgeted man-hours and actual man-hours.

• Secure effective monitoring of project development by coordinating activities of engineering & design, contracts management, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate the delivery of all equipment’s and materials monitor & update the installation of all equipment’s as per commissioning schedule.
• Control and manage the flow of information between the various departments of the Project.
• Make sure all necessary equipment’s and materials are on site at the right time to meet the Schedule.
• Communicating with production managers and supervisors to ensure the critical path of the schedule in order to meet the progress as per planned milestones.

• Forecast the production requirements for materials and equipment’s and co-ordinate with Commercial and Engineering, Purchasing and Vendors until the completion of project.

• Monitor the project progress and equipment installation status as per current Schedule.
