Additional Information

A Field Service Engineer serves as a bridge between the customer and the company. Therefore, I believe that communication skills are the most essential quality for a Field Service Engineer. Through various part-time jobs, I developed my collaboration skills and customer service abilities. In particular, by tutoring students in English, I enhanced both my English proficiency and my communication skills.

While studying Chemical Engineering, I acquired theoretical knowledge about the eight major processes in semiconductor manufacturing and EPI. To further improve my professional competencies, I have also completed additional training on semiconductor equipment and processes.
