- Scope: Jacobs provided A/E services for a Contingency Operations Center consisting of a single, multi-story structure that provides an underground Joint Operations Center (JOC), berthing space, hygiene facilities, administrative space and a dining area, combined with a subterranean Operation Center.

Type IV Hydrant Fuel System Gwangju AB, Korea

- Scope: Serving as DOR, Jacobs is providing A-E design services, including POL systems engineering to 30% design documents (drawings, design analysis and MCACES MII cost estimates). Design complied with USFK PAM 200-1 Environmental Governing Standard (EGS). Use of the latest UFC for Petroleum Fuel Facilities allowed us to incorporate data into the concept design.

- Scope: DOR for repair and renovation of Buildings 2075 and 2076, including repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural elements, fire alarm system, communication system and all other work for a complete and usable facility.

- Scope: Program validation, design charrette, site analysis, 30% concept design with follow-on design for 60%, 90%, and 100% construction document development. Incorporates ICD 705 requirements for hardened blast design with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Protection House (HEMP), Controlled Access Protection System (CPS) and N+1 redundant systems.

- Scope: This project is Design Build (D-B) project with Krima Construction Corp. to renovate and construct new parking at the Humphreys Central Elementary School, Building 5120. Performed site assessment, concept design 30%, with follow-on design for 90%, 95%, and 100% construction document development.
