1. Official launch of new Dealership Management System "My DMS" in March, 2024.

- Collaborated with Sales, CRM, and BPS (used car) module leads to launch the product successfully

- Managed budget, coordinated workshops and weekly meetings, and supported post-launch CR process

2. Official launch of Regional Distribution Center's operation application "ROS" in January, 2024.

- Enhanced user experience, resulting in increased number of users by 350% in RDC

- Monitored performance and identified risks to take actions if needed systematically

3. Decommission of official BMW used car platform "IUCP" and preparing new platform

- Facilitated workshop with global team to analyze requirements and coordinate project plan

- Working on resource allocation and sprint planning for My DMS interface with the new IUCP

4. "My DMS" launching for BMW Motorrad ongoing

- Implementing agile methodologies for efficient cross-functional communication and project management

- Scheduling scrum calls and meetings to prioritize requirements and discuss deliverables in consensus

1. Streamlined daily health check process for on-premise application by cloud migration

2. Accomplished 1% target deviation of annual My DMS budget and Infrastructure budget in 2023

3. Passed ISO9001:2015 audit without any findings in 2022

4. Managed vendor relationships and setup procurement/payment process for team compliance
