Affiliations

  • I majored in hospitality management and learned that it is important for companies to build relationships with customers and employees and strengthen brand value beyond providing simple products and services. In particular, I was deeply interested in the process of analyzing consumer trends and planning brand strategies, and I became eager to experience them in practice.
    Based on this interest, I participated in external activities conducted by "랭킹닭컴" and carried out a brand marketing project. The core of the project was analysis of competitors and setting up a target consumer base, and based on this, I considered brand positioning. I identified the needs by analyzing market research and consumer data, and planned a package suitable for it. In addition, I had experience in experimenting with brand promotion plans using short-form contents and establishing strategies to intuitively deliver information to consumers. Through this, I was able to develop consumer research and trend analysis, planning ability, and content production capabilities.

    In addition, I worked in the public relations department of the student council while attending the university and was in charge of planning and designing posters, banners, and SNS contents to promote multi-school events. Through my experience in planning goods and product designs to be provided at the event, I was able to develop my marketing planning, design planning, collaboration, and schedule management capabilities.

    In addition, I gained practical experience in a global environment through the internship at Disney World. By collaborating with people of various nationalities and backgrounds, I was able to develop adaptability and communication skills in an international work environment. At Disney, I experienced the value of customer service firsthand by practicing 'Magic Moment' that values customer experience. Realizing that trivial consideration and service can impress customers, I realized that this is an even more important factor in luxury retail.
    Based on these experiences, I want to learn the operation and marketing strategies of luxury brands and contribute to brand management that maximizes customer experience. Through the various practical experiences provided by Louis Vuitton, I want to build capabilities such as strengthening brand value, retail operation, and customer relationship management, and further develop as a growing brand expert in the global market.
