I have spent my childhood in Australia for eight years. Therefore, I was able to broaden my horizons and meet with many people from other countries. With my bright and sociable personality I believe I can be a flight attendant with a can-do spirit and sharing love to the team and company at Cathay Pacific.

I have lived in Australia for eight years throughout my childhood. Meeting with different kinds of people from various country backgrounds, I was able to accept every culture and to not have a stereotype when treating people. In Australia there is an idiom called “mateship” and it embodies equality, loyalty, and friendship. I learned that every person is valuable just the way they are. So wherever I go, whoever I meet, I always treat everyone with respect.

The most important value in my life is always having a positive mindset everyday likewise as “Make each day count”. My strength is having a bright, sociable personality and to give joy to others. I realized by giving joy with a positive mind, the joy turns back and comes to me and that is the reason why I was able to work thankfully each moment.

When I was working as a bilingual homeroom teacher with my co-worker as a team, I have tried to respect my partner’s opinions, be a good supporter, and share laughter to my colleagues. On the other hand, there was a time when speaking in a decisive tone was difficult for me. But while working as a teacher, there were unexpected situations that occurred to children. So, I understood the importance to speak decisively with safety issues. From then, I became a teacher with responsibility to speak decisively according to safety situations.

Cathay Pacific's Brand value" They reflect who we are" is also what I have in mind when I am encountering students and people from work. Putting a smile on one's face means that I have done something meaningful to them, and seeing a smile is what drives me to work happily. With my experiences, I would be a person who brings joy to my team workers, and to the passengers I will encounter every flight.
