The motivation behind applying for the Sales Marketing International position stems from my inclination towards project leadership, despite being a new employee. Working in a startup allowed me to take initiative in task execution and planning, showcasing my leadership and creativity within the team. This experience particularly interests me in P&G's Sales Marketing department. While larger companies may limit tasks for new employees, I find it appealing that P&G grants new employees significant authority, allowing for deeper responsibilities. I aim to leverage my leadership, creativity, productivity, execution, and teamwork skills to achieve team and company goals in this environment.

Effective sales strategy planning and implementation demand analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with strategic partnership establishment. My experience as a platform MD managing approximately 45 brands involved identifying consumer needs, analyzing data for sales growth, and leading effective strategies through collaboration with partners. Utilizing data for strategy formulation and implementation has been a key area of improvement, leading to significant sales growth through product and promotion adjustments.
