• Invoicing and credit control for both one-off and regular customers
• Checking vendor invoices including IATA, local courier and trucking companies.

• Oversaw cargo claims to investigate and resolve loss or damage issues during transit.
• Liaising with the local airlines and partner forwarders in Korea in regards to the air freight charges and handling dangerous goods.
