YongSuk Jang

Attorney Yong Suk JANG is so far the only lawyer to serve as a Standing Commissioner of the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC). During his tenure as a Standing Commissioner of the KFTC, Attorney Jang handled over 800 cases including such monumental cases as "International Air Cargo Cartel Case," "CRT Cartel Case", "International Pharmaceutical Company’s Cartel Case (Pay-For-Delay Case)," "International Electronics Company’s Resale Price Maintenance Case." Attorney Jang also served as a prosecutor in the Prosecution Division of Ministry of Justice; Deputy Director of the Special Investigation Division of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office; Research Officer of the Constitutional Court; and the Secretary of Domestic Intelligence, Presidential Office of the Republic of Korea.
