- When I was in Political Wing, Received a visa around 30 applicants everyday, made a list of applicants information. Also Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.
- Sorted and distributed office mail and recorded incoming visitors for predict the demands on Embassy.
