My research topic is "A Study on the Development of a Social Integrated Sports Environment with the Disabled and the Non-disabled"
Conducting research on strategies to expand inclusive sports participation at Loughborough University. Focusing on international case studies and field-based analysis to explore policy applications for fostering inclusive community sports environments.
I have been working for government in the field of sport for disabled for over 4 years and responsible for Korean sports policy.
* Planned and implemented national policies to promote disability sports for all, including operation of Bandabi Sports Centers and community-based programs. Coordinated with government and stakeholders to expand inclusive sports participation, managed budget and evaluation processes, and contributed to creating an accessible and inclusive community sports environment.
Supported contract administration and compliance processes, assisted in cost data management, and handled documentation and coordination with stakeholders to ensure efficient contract execution.
