Critical & Post-Operative Care

• Managed post-op care for Liver TPL, Lung TPL, and various other major surgeries.
• Provided care for patients with septic shock, respiratory failure, renal failure, severe COVID-19, arrhythmias, and trauma with active bleeding.

Respiratory Support & Monitoring

• Administered O2 therapy, managed ventilators (via E-tube, t-can, NIV, I-gel), BiPAP, and CRRT.
• Operated ECMO, NO gas therapy, performed prone positioning, and monitored EtCO2, hemodynamics(EV1000).

Cardiac & Emergency Care

• Assisted in CPR, cardioversion, defibrillation, and management of arrhythmias and other life-threatening cardiac events.
• Managed hemoperfusion, TTM, and transfusions for critically ill patients.

Invasive Procedures & Drainage

• Managed intubation, tracheostomy, C-line, PICC, A-line, midline cath, and foley catheter insertion.
• Managed drainage systems including JP, HEMOVAC, Penrose, C/T, PCD, PTBD, PTGBD, and provided care for PEG, jejunostomy, ileostomy, colostomy.

Neurological & Vital Sign Assessment

• Assessed GCS, motor power, and pupilometer for neurological status and consciousness, and managed unstable vital signs.

Patient & Family Communication

• Provided clear updates and emotional support to patients and families during critical care.
