To seek novel approaches targeting drivers of tumor evolution to overcome acquired and adaptive resistance networks to develop all the way of truly innovative cancer resistance therapies for patients.

• Experience with single cell and omics data and basic understanding of computing
  environment.
• Proficiency in both xenograft and syngeneic tumor models to assess in vivo drug efficacy.
• Experience in use of CRISPR-based techniques for gene knockout, gene editing.
• A strong background of construct design, lentiviral and retroviral generation, stable cell
  line generation, cell proliferation assays, western blots, and qRT-PCR analysis.
