A highly motivated and results-oriented college senior with a strong foundation in demand generation and cross-functional leadership, demonstrated through my role at a UN-affiliated organization. I managed a startup accelerator and honed my cross-cultural communication skills by effectively handling complex logistics and stakeholder relations in English with foreign CEOs. This experience was further complemented by my work at Kakao, a major IT firm, where I executed full-cycle digital marketing campaigns and analyzed performance data. It was there that I discovered and embraced the fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative culture of the technology industry. I am passionate about solving business problems and confident this unique blend of skills makes me an ideal fit for AWS. My long-term career goal is to become a strategic leader in IT sales, and I am eager to apply my expertise to accelerate customer cloud integration and grow with Amazon.
As an intern of the ESG department at Kakao, a major IT firm, I managed a strategic campaign designed to achieve two primary objectives: driving the adoption of Kakao's services among small business owners and strengthening the company's brand image as a socially responsible partner. My responsibilities included conceptualizing and designing all campaign assets, such as in-app messages and banners, using design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. I strategically leveraged popular Kakao Friends IP to enhance user engagement and brand recognition. I was also responsible for the full-cycle analysis of the campaign, meticulously monitoring key performance indicators like message open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. I managed a daily dashboard to track application numbers and mission completion, providing my manager with consistent data-driven reports on the campaign's progress and its effectiveness in meeting both our business and social impact goals.
As a member of the impact team at WFUAN, I managed the end-to-end operation of a social ventures accelerator and Demo Day, a joint event primarily operated by my team in partnership with the UNDP, ESCAP, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and UNIST. My responsibilities included spearheading the planning and marketing efforts by sourcing promising startups and developing promotional email and SNS content to drive participation. I also curated themes that addressed the startups' specific needs and actively secured mentors and workshop speakers by conducting cold outreach. For the off-site Demo Day, I took the lead on all logistical follow-ups for our foreign startup CEOs from Vietnam and Indonesia, leveraging my background and cultural familiarity with both regions to ensure their safe travel and effective translation, enabling their full and stress-free participation in the event. Following the successful conclusion of the program, I contributed to drafting the final report, which summarized key outcomes and was shared with all partner organizations.
