During my two-month internship at the National Pension Service NPS through the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the most significant achievement I gained was "communication." I learned about the communication systems within an organization and how they facilitate work processes. Serving as a customer assistant allowed me to understand consumers' perspectives on pensions and the questions they commonly have. Additionally, the pension-related training I received during the internship helped me grasp the purpose and significance of public pensions.
