Before joining Ubase, I worked as an English instructor for high school students at DaeHak Academy in Seoul, and then as a private instructor, I taught English to prepare for the college entrance exam.
As a private instructor, I went viral and gave English lectures for the College Entrance Ability Test to high-ranking students.
I always did my best to prepare detailed classes and conducted important point lessons for the students to achieve good grades on the College Entrance Ability Test so that many students could get the highest grades on the College Entrance Ability Test.

During my lectures at the academy, I actively discussed and communicated with my fellow teachers about class textbooks and class contents to achieve high results within the academy, and I also constantly communicated with parents to understand each student's personality and personal situation and help them improve their ability to improve their grades.
Based on my academy experience, I have communicated more closely with students and parents and maintained relationships to improve grades, and I have constantly researched and made efforts to research and develop textbooks for the development of classes. As a result, I was able to achieve good results as an individual instructor.
Based on my experience as an academy instructor and a private instructor, I can be confident that if I am selected as an FS in this application, I can actively help my Airbnb colleagues with their shortcomings.
In addition, since I believe that the distinction between official and private matters is essential as FS, I plan to maintain cooperative public relationships rather than focusing on personal acquaintances with my colleagues so that Airbnb's overall work efficiency can be enhanced by increasing personal work efficiency. In addition, I will constantly find ways to increase work efficiency in line with Airbnb's changing policies and always do my best to find improvements.
