With my cross-genre interest and understanding, I applied because I am confident that I can provide the best customer experience/service to customers who encountered issues using the AWS Cloud Services.

Working as Special Education Assistant, developed the way how to communicate with students and their parents successfully. From those experience, I could achieve excellent skills in personalized communication for each student.

Moreover, to afford better educational experience, I set up digital environment in classroom. Through certain effort, I could provide digital-based educational experience such as scratch and padlet to students.

However, I kept wondered how students with disabilities can express themselves freely. I came up with AI technology could be the answer. Therefore I acquired KT AICE AI Junior Certificate.

While working on AICE certificate, I realized Cloud Service is essential infrastructure technology not only to operate AI but also Web Services.

I felt undeniable attraction to Cloud technology, developing such interests I could acquire AWS Cloud Practitioner Certificate.

I can play a role like both Hardware and Software. That being said, between Customers and AWS, I guarantee I can successfully support in technical as well as soft skills as a Cloud Support Associate at AWS.
