  • Planning for Invest Korea Week (Foreign Investment Week) Event.

I have experience assisting in an event that shifted back to an offline format for the first time in three years since 2019. The event aimed to enhance interest in investing in Korea, both domestically and internationally, with around 450 attendees at the opening ceremony. It also facilitated in-depth investment consultations with visiting investors. My responsibilities included managing the event website and interpreting for keynote speakers.

  • InvestON (Data-Driven Investment Attraction Targeting System) Project Planning

To identify the potential for attracting foreign investments based on data, I utilized management information data to predict the probability of investment declarations by companies for the year and to extract companies with a high likelihood of additional investments. This was done by analyzing the patterns of foreign companies entering Korea.

  • Supporting Operation of the Foreign Investment Cash Support Center

I provided support by connecting consulting services for comprehensive foreign investment consultations for visitors and phone inquiries, as well as preparing for virtual meetings.

  • Planning 15-Second Video Service
    Before planning service, conducted survey within team and discovered that students and office workers visiting Samsung Station felt lack of places for learning and exchange. Based on these findings, compiled results and directly drafted service plan. 15-second video service was planned under premise that everyone wants to share what they know with others.
  • Recruitment of New Mentors
    To recruit two newly hired employees who had successfully secured jobs every day and obtain 10 new videos, actively utilized various platforms such as 'Brunch Story' and 'Itdda.' Through this approach, I successfully identified and recruited mentors needed for service, significantly contributing to enhancing quality of service.
