[Major Research] Studied the obesity phenotype when overexpressing the specific gene Foxa2 in the hypothalamus using AAV.
1. Cell culture: maintained embryonic, induced pluripotent, or adult stem cells.
2. Performed various molecular biology techniques (WB, qPCR, ELISA).
3. Proficient in conducting in vivo experiments (Sterotaxic surgery, tissue collection, Histology).
